The first technique has worked for me, but i tend to use my hand at the base of my cock and move the head in the clitoral area. Up down and side to side.

For me, I've found that getting clit stimulation right whilst also fucking, can be tricky. My clit is quite specific when it comes to getting the pressure and position right.
I've yet to cum simultaneously clit and pussy without introducing a clit stimulating toy. This way, I can normally control the pressure and position. It doesn't guarantee that I'll have a clit orgasm but it feels amazing. I like for my lover to also use the toy on me when having sexual intercourse as well but find that there are better positions than others for me when that's the case.
