Different types of sex

Sometimes there seems to be a little bit of "gatekeeping" when it comes to sex. Whether it's in the form of the kinksters scoffing at the vanillas, or the polys versus the monogs, or even things like the labelling of missionary position as boring, or golden showers as freakish, people can get very protective over their preferred proclivities, often at the expense of others.

It strikes me as weird. Getting all bothered and judgemental over what other people do in the privacy of their own homes and acting superior because you believe your way is the only way to be. There is so much sex out there to explore and enjoy and all of it is as good, sexy, and valid as the others.  

Quickie Sex

In out, wham bam thankya ma'am, there's always something fun and slightly naughty about a quickie. The urgency of unbuckled flies and ankle dropped knickers. Against a wall. In the shower. Sneaking off to the supply cupboard with Ash from sales... Oh yeah, a quickie might be over quick, but the all-over deliciousness of a five minute shag can last you all day.

Rough Sex

It's a bit outdated and naff and has the verbal equivalence to your Nan's doilies, but, like those funny little laced coasters, is actually kinda cool. Love is pretty fucking sweet and, when added to sex, can take your erotic experiences, as well as your relationship, to a whole new level.

It really doesn't matter what sort of sex you have or what kind of love you make. It's not a competition or trend to keep up with. It's individual and personal. It's what works for you and the people with whom you are sharing it with. Whether you're a scheduled sex on Wednesday evenings type of couple or a hard-core kinky pain slut, the sex you have is right for you and don't ever let anyone pressure you, or shame you, or bully you into feeling differently.  Sure you can change and experiment and explore anything you want to, but it should always be on your terms and with the full enthusiastic and informed consent of your partners.   I like it all! Depending on what mood I'm in and ofcourse that of my sexual partner. Not judging others here, just my personal view with regards to myself, a 5 min quicky is a type of foreplay for me, a build up to what comes later when there is more time to get both of us to climax, I can't remember really when I was able to reach orgasm in just 5 minutes. Doesn't mean it isn't pleasurable and a great way to build desire, especially with two people getting up to something they shouldn't, according to others, naughty can make you feel very sexy, keeping your mind in the mood to make sure it happens later on.

  The sex can be different from person to person, not all lovers are the same. My husband is different from my current lover, and different again from my past lover's, it can also change as your lifestyle changes

  So true, but i prefer slow sensual and passionate sex, and believe in the lady cumming first a lover of foreplay, rough sex doesn't do it for me, nor does quickies
