I came on here today thinking I had a great story to tell and feeling like I really must thank AMM for my wonderful new life!!! But low and behold I have just discovered that not one but 100's have come before me!!! So If we are not unique to this site and love really can be found here where the heck do the synics get off telling you it will nevder work, or that only loonies and strange people go on the internet. I think that all those that critisize or rubbish dating sites have never been lonely and have never used them. When I first started my family thought I was one of those loonies and told me that the bloke named Joe that murdered his wife and committed suicide was from off one of these sitess and warned me to be careful!! To them I say BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! Inthe 18 months that I was a member of at least 3 sites I met qutie a few men and went on to become friends (plutnic) with at least 4 or 5 of them, yes after comming out of a boring 10yr loveless relationship I did have the need for a bit of promescuity so also forfilled that need . Until the day that I met my one true love and the rest as they say is history!!!!!! Who could ever know at the age of 47 that I could ever find true love, true friendship, true soulmates true everything including the most beautiful step dad for my wonderful children. In november 2006 I got in contact with another member from this site and we started a casual relationship but as we got to know each other more and more we started seeing each other more and more we have now been together for 15 months and it just keeps getting better and better. I never belived that you could find love on the internet and boy have I been proved wrong.
