Make a Video or Audio Call in Messenger

The Video and Audio Call feature can be accessed via Messenger.

This feature allows members to start an Audio or Video Call directly from their Messenger conversation.

To make the call, the following rules apply:

• Only Gold or Platinum members can initiate a call 
• Both members must appear as ‘Online' 
• There must be at least one message sent and received by both members. If the other member has not yet replied, you won't be able to use this feature.
• The member you are calling needs to have 'Allow Audio and Video Calls' in their settings.

To use this feature, go to the conversation with the member you wish to call and click on the Video or Call buttons on the top right hand corner. .

If the buttons are greyed out, it means:

• One of the above criteria has not been met.
• The member is not currently accepting calls.
• Members who have set their profile to invisible can only be called if you have been added to their Visibility List.
