A bit of background!
 

Although we spent a huge amount of time and resources developing our app for both the Apple Store and Google Play, we came up against resistance from these App Stores because of the adult content on the site.
We worked on developing an app with full site access, but with every resubmission, the App Stores demanded we remove access to various sections/features on the site or hide content if we wanted the app approved, so basically crippling the app for you. This also meant that when sections of the site were updated, such as sharing photos in Messenger, Likes, photo uploader, Winks and Verification, these features could not be automatically updated on the app or, in some instances, accessed via the app. 

We couldn’t even deploy some bug fixes, as it meant resubmission to both App Stores, with the chance that yet more restrictions would be placed on us. 

We needed to find a better solution where the App Stores couldn’t mandate what our members had access to.    

 

I currently use the app I downloaded from Google/Apple. What will I need to do?    

 

The apps are no longer published on the App Stores. For the full site experience, it’s time to move to the new app.    

 

When using the new AMM app, you will have all the site functionality that you’ve asked for, and we always wanted to offer. 

 

How do I get the new app now? 
 

If you are using a mobile, log in to the site with your browser, where you will be prompted to download the new app, or you can just click on the link in the site footer and download it now. If you prefer to use a desktop, you can also download the new app so that there is an icon on your home screen. 

 

What are the benefits of our new app? 

 

  • Never miss a message! Enable notifications on your mobile device so that you instantly know if you’ve received a new message.  
  • As we add new features or improve existing features, they will automatically be available on the new app.  
  • If we find any bugs, we can quickly identify and fix them without relying on a third party to approve the changes.  
  • All the new and exciting features planned for the site become available to you as soon as we release them, and there are many planned.
