How to manage call settings

If you want to manage whether you want to receive Audio or Video Calls from other members, you can manage your Call Settings at any time.

To do this go to your Messenger and press the settings "cog" icon on the upper right of your inbox.
You will then see a pop-up menu with the following option:

• Allow members to call you if you have sent them a message or replied to their message.

You can then tick or untick this option then press done.

Please note that the Audio and Video Call feature requires being logged in to the main site using a desktop or mobile device and the feature is not available on the app and members using the app will not receive notifications of calls.
