Welcome to The Rabbit Hole, Adelaide's premier purposely fitted-out adult house party venue! We aim to provide a safe and fun space for the sex-positive community, to meet, mingle, and play.
We predominantly run swinger parties, but also host a variety of other events including Meet and Greet social events, educational events like Information Nights for Men, as well as GangBang events. We welcome everyone: couples, playmates, threesomes and moresomes and warmly welcome singles. Our welcome also extends to those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those within the kink community.
We offer a variety of swinger events to choose from. We host regular Newbie Nights, Under 35s parties, and Over 35s parties. Three times a year, we have Rainbow parties and Kink parties. But by far and away our Open parties are the most popular, and everyone is invited! These are usually hosted with a special theme, we often have a sexy and fun performance to entertain our guests with, and best of all we have fantastic prizes generously donated by our sponsors to give away!
We are situated only 10 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, and there's plenty of parking nearby. Our large downstairs area includes a pool table, a sexy pole dancing space, a chill out TV area, massage tables, and we also have a dedicated change room with lockers for you to get your sexy on. Our kitchen bar has a 2-door commercial fridge to house your drinks, and it overlooks the social areas, making it a great space to chat to people as you watch others interact. Upstairs is where you will find our main play areas. We have 2 closed rooms, a curtained room, an orgy space (double king bed), as well as a dungeon. We even have a Cuddle Room, just for cuddling!, and for Aftercare. And now as of mid-2020, we have even more for you! Our recently completed 60sqm playspace has a 12 person spa and open showers at one end, and a gorgeous kink area at the other with a bondage bed, spanking bench, multiple suspension points including a winch, as well as a St Andrew’s cross. There need never be a dull moment once you step into The Rabbit Hole!

More than a month agoI haven't been to a party yet, but I've seen the venue. It's very nice, clean, caters for one and all, and very well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, and anyone attending a party here will enjoy themselves without even trying.
